Refurbishment and extension of listed theatre to form remodelled auditorium, café, gallery, office accommodation and back stage facilities.
Restricted town centre site.
Phased completion to allow continued occupation.
Contract period/compliance with standards
April 2008-June 2009, extended by 18 weeks to accommodate end user fit out and separate external works contract.
All works were carried out in accordance with trade/professional standards and were completed on programme and within budget.
