Design and build contract involving partial demolition, strip-out, refurbishment and major extension
to form remodelled auditorium gallery, café bar, offices and back-stage facilities.
Multi-award winning refurbishment and conversion of Grade 2 listed buildings to form new Visitor Centre, Gallery and associated works.
New City Academy providing accommodation for 1200 students and 150 teaching staff.
'All-age' Academy comprising primary and secondary Schools on two sites in Blyth, Northumberland. Many sustainable features are incorporated into the design.
Works in progress.Fit out of existing kitchens and other internal remodelling. New extensions to teaching space.
New Office development including fit-out. Contract operated on a Partnering basis.
