Graduate Training Programme

This is a structured training programme, where Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Building Managers are studying on a continuous basis with the University of Northumbria within the School of the Built Environment. The Company has developed close relationships with the University in recent years assisting in periodically with advice on curriculum development and assessment.

We provide complimentary experience both on and off-site to coordinate with the Students academic activity with the objective being to produce well-rounded graduates who can make a worthwhile contribution to their Company at the completion of the programme, whilst at the same time fulfilling their academic ambitions.

Past and current Students have completed their studies on both part time and a full-time courses.

We support both full time and part time degree courses as well as HND students with their placements. We set programmes for their placement periods, whether it is a year as with degree students, or 8 weeks with HND students.
