Apprenticeship Programme

Our apprenticeship programme is extremely successful and has produced some outstanding results with the vast majority of our trainees developing into valued full time tradesmen for the Company. We have currently, have 17 trainees on the programme at various stages. This, according to the CITB makes us, relative to our size, the largest trainer of apprentices in the region. Our Achievements have been recognized in awards from both the CIOB and CITB.

We have an ‘apprentice of the year’ award programme with a prize presented annually to the trainee showing the most consistent aptitude. A recent recipient Lee Fish (photo) went on to win the Regional ‘Skill build’ award and represented the region in the national finals.
